Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Coffee Liqueur (like KahlĂșa)
1 ounce Irish Cream Liqueur (like Baileys)
1/4 cup Ice cubes
Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and your blender.
Place the ice cream, vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and ice cubes into the blender container.
Secure the lid tightly.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed.
Take a tall glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass for a nice visual effect.
Pour the blended Mudslide mixture into the prepared glass.
Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and a final drizzle of chocolate syrup, if you like.
Serve immediately and enjoy this taste of your travels!
Notes
Richard suggests using a high-quality Irish cream for the best flavor profile.
If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk or a little more vodka to thin it slightly.
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the vodka and use a non-alcoholic coffee syrup instead of liqueur.
We often make this after a long day of reminiscing about our trips abroad.
