  • Optional toppings: ketchup, mustard, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

  4. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
  6. Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  7. Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  8. Top the beef mixture with the halved slices of provolone and American cheese.
  9. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the cheese.
  10. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  11. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are lightly toasted.
  12. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, you can add sliced mushrooms to the beef mixture.
  • If you don’t have slider buns, you can use regular dinner rolls and cut them into smaller portions.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
