Ingredients
Scale
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
1/4 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the peppermint extract.
Divide the mixture in half. Leave one half white, and stir red food coloring into the other half until evenly colored.
Spoon dollops of both the white and red fudge mixtures into the prepared pan.
Gently swirl the two colors together with a knife or toothpick.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a stronger peppermint flavor, add a few more drops of extract.
Ensure the fudge is completely chilled before cutting.
