Ingredients
Scale
1 bottle (750ml) crisp white wine (like Pinot Grigio)
1 cup white rum
1/2 cup Blue Curaçao
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup simple syrup
1 orange, sliced
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup raspberries
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, white rum, Blue Curaçao, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
Add the sliced orange, pineapple chunks, mango chunks, and raspberries to the pitcher. Gently mix the fruit into the liquid.
Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the sangria mixture over the ice, making sure each glass gets some fruit.
Garnish with an extra slice of fruit or a wedge of lime if you wish. Serve immediately and enjoy your beautiful blue drink.
Notes
Richard suggests using a slightly sweet white wine to balance the tartness of the lime.
Chill your wine bottle before starting the recipe for faster chilling time.
