Ingredients
Scale
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine both types of chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth.
Gently stir in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries and the chopped nuts, if using. Mix until everything is coated.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Keep the clusters small.
Place the baking sheet immediately into the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
Store the finished clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For the best results, crush the freeze-dried strawberries finely before adding them to the chocolate.
Freezing is key; these clusters hold their shape best when kept cold.
You can substitute the nuts with puffed rice cereal for a different crunch.
