Make this easy, creamy, no-bake Million Dollar Pie using a graham cracker crust, cream cheese, pineapple, and pecans. This is a simple, sweet, and tangy dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, plus extra for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill the crust for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain. Fold in the 1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
  5. Spoon the filling evenly into the chilled graham cracker crust.
  6. Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle the top with extra chopped pecans. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • Drain the crushed pineapple very thoroughly; excess liquid will prevent the pie from setting properly. Press the pineapple between paper towels to remove moisture.
  • You can substitute vanilla wafers for graham crackers if you prefer a different crust flavor.
  • This pie sets best when refrigerated overnight.
