Make a refreshing, cafe-style iced cold brew coffee flavored with cherry and vanilla syrup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cold brew concentrate
  • 1/2 cup water or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cherry syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for stronger flavor)
  • Sweetener to taste (e.g., simple syrup or sugar)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass completely with ice cubes.
  2. In a separate container, mix the cold brew concentrate, cherry syrup, vanilla syrup, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well to combine the flavorings.
  3. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice in the glass.
  4. Slowly pour the water or milk of choice over the coffee mixture. Pouring slowly helps create a layered look.
  5. Taste the drink and add any additional sweetener if needed, stirring gently to dissolve.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer cherry flavor, use a high-quality cherry syrup or make a quick homemade cherry syrup by simmering frozen cherries with sugar and water.
  • If you prefer a creamier texture, substitute the water with half-and-half or a dairy-free creamer like oat milk.
  • Adjust the amount of cold brew concentrate to control the strength of your coffee.
