Make simple, protein-packed frozen clusters using Greek yogurt and fresh blueberries. These require no baking and are a quick, healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full fat or 2%
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sweetener is fully mixed in.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries. Do not overmix, or the yogurt will become runny.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters about 1 to 1.5 inches wide.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until the clusters are completely solid.
  6. Transfer the frozen clusters to an airtight, freezer-safe container or bag for storage.

Notes

  • For easier removal from the sheet later, you can freeze the clusters for 30 minutes on the tray, then transfer them to a freezer bag.
  • If you use frozen blueberries, they may bleed color into the yogurt slightly.
  • You can substitute honey with stevia or another preferred sweetener to adjust sweetness.
