Make this rich and creamy chocolate martini for a simple, decadent dessert drink perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur (e.g., Godiva or similar)
  • 1 oz Cream or Half-and-Half
  • 1/2 oz Chocolate Syrup (for mixing and garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Chill your martini glass. If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass, letting it run down the sides for a decorative effect.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the vodka, chocolate liqueur, and cream to the shaker.
  4. Shake hard until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy, about 20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a light drizzle of extra chocolate syrup over the top, if you like.

Notes

  • For a thicker, richer drink, substitute the cream with Irish cream liqueur like Baileys.
  • To make a Chocolate Espresso Martini, add 1/2 oz of cold espresso or strong coffee to the shaker before mixing.
  • Use high-quality vodka for the best flavor in this simple recipe.
