Ingredients
Scale
1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat recommended)
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
Instructions
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the quartered strawberries.
Spoon small dollops (about 1 tablespoon each) of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Keep them separate.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the clusters are completely solid. This step is important for the texture.
Once the clusters are frozen, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip the bottom or top of each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, or drizzle chocolate over them.
Return the chocolate-covered clusters to the parchment-lined sheet.
Freeze again for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate sets hard.
Store the finished clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for the best texture; lower-fat options can become icy.
Do not skip the initial freezing step before adding chocolate; this prevents the yogurt from melting when it hits the warm chocolate.
If you prefer milk chocolate or white chocolate, substitute those chips for the dark chocolate.
