Ingredients
Scale
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomato
Instructions
If using raw chicken, cook it until done, shred or dice it, and set aside. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing evenly over the surface.
Layer half of the shredded chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese down the center of the tortilla.
Top the cheese with lettuce and tomato.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then tightly roll the bottom edge up over the filling to create a sealed wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla.
For a crispy finish, place the assembled wraps seam-side down in a dry, medium-hot skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and toasted.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
To make this recipe faster, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken.
For extra flavor, lightly toast the bacon before crumbling.
If you prefer a warm wrap without pan-toasting, assemble the wrap and microwave it for 30 seconds before serving.
