Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 large Butterfinger candy bars, roughly chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 additional Butterfinger candy bars, chopped for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour in melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Chill the crust for at least 15 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  7. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the roughly chopped Butterfinger pieces.
  8. Spread the filling evenly into the chilled graham cracker crust.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle the remaining chopped Butterfinger candy bars over the top.

Notes

  • You can use pre-made graham cracker crusts to save time.
  • For the best texture, chop the Butterfinger bars by hand or pulse briefly in a food processor to avoid turning them into dust.
  • This pie sets best when chilled for the full recommended time.
