Ingredients
Scale
1 pound salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle the spice mixture over the salmon and toss gently until all pieces are evenly coated.
Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes. Check at 6 minutes; the salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork for maximum tenderness.
Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the bites right after cooking.
If your salmon pieces are very thick, they may need an extra minute of cook time.
Using skinless salmon ensures the bites cook evenly and stay tender.
