Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Place the steak cubes in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour the oil mixture over the steak cubes. Toss well to coat every piece evenly.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket; work in batches if needed.
Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. For medium-rare, aim for 6 minutes. For medium, aim for 8 minutes.
Remove immediately and serve hot. Enjoy this taste of memory!
Notes
For the best results, use sirloin or tenderloin steak.
Ensure the steak is patted dry before seasoning to help with browning.
If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the other spices.
We often serve these with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, just like that bistro in Lyon.
