Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the crumbled blue cheese, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until the dip is smooth and the blue cheese is evenly distributed.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to combine.

Notes

  • For a tangier dip, increase the white vinegar to 3 tablespoons.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency for dressing, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk or buttermilk.
  • Use high-quality blue cheese for the best flavor in this quick recipe.
